New Financial System
Most
of this intel comes from sources deep within occult economy and it pertains to
the restructuring of the financial system worldwide.
Reset
This
will happen at the time of the Event and is actually part of the operation.
Day
1
When
the critical mass of pressure is exerted upon the Federal Reserve it will be
forced to repay debt that it owes to people due to its fraudulent operations.
Since Fed does not have money to repay that debt, it will go bankrupt. This
will trigger a chain reaction of BIS, IMF, World Bank and all central banks
worldwide going bankrupt also.
Extreme
volatility in markets will result in a worldwide stock market crash. Stock
exchanges will close, including NYSE. All financial instruments such as options
and credit default swaps will be zeroed out.
All
shadow accounts will be closed and zeroed out. All public bank accounts of the
Cabal will be seized. All foreclosures will be frozen, as well as all public
and private debt (mortgages, loans, credit card debt).
Day
2-7
Banks
will be closed and there will be a lot of uncertainty and confusion. Some businesses
will be temporarily closed. Some of those that remain open may accept cash,
other will only accept gold or silver coins. Credit cards will not be accepted
as the system will go down. There might be moderate problems with distribution
chain, it is wise to stock up some food and gasoline.
Revaluation (RV)
After
about 1 week from the Event
There
might still be light problems in the distribution chain.
New
financial system will be introduced. It will be backed up with Yamashita gold.
That gold will be stored in locations that are not to be disclosed yet.
Yamashita gold will not be traded in open markets. Basket of currencies such as
US dollar, Euro, British pound, Swiss franc, Japanese yen and Chinese yuan will
form the basis of this new system.
Those
banks that did not have strong connections with Federal Reserve and did not go
bankrupt will reopen. They will not be allowed to charge interest. All their
accounting will be fully transparent to the public. Stock market will not
reopen.
Revaluation
will take place. It means that the exchange rates between various currencies
will change, but not drastically They will reflect more truly the real
productivity of nations. Iraqi Dinar will not gain much value, contrary to
speculations of many people. Federal Reserve notes, Euro banknotes and other
banknotes will be widely accepted, until they are phased out in a few months
and new money is printed.
All
fair business agreements, contracts and responsibilities worldwide will be kept
valid and will be respected. Those business agreements that involve criminal or
fraudulent interactions with the Cabal will be cancelled, null and void.
In
a few weeks
Multinationals
will be obliged to buy back their shares and this will effectively force them
to go bankrupt. They will be split and healthy portions of those companies will
be nationalized in their own countries.
The
existence of Global Settlement funds will be then introduced to the public.
Those funds include about $ 70 trillion
from old money patriots connected to the Positive Military, $ 100 trillion from
White Dragon Society and Templar groups, $ 120 trillion from Resistance Movement
and $ 10 trillion from Saint Germain Trust. Global Settlement funds will also
include all money and assets from the Cabal.
Global
Settlement funds will be used for many purposes. First, all national, public
and private debt will be paid off worldwide. After that, all people will receive
restitution for all theft and criminal activity against them by the former

Green Light Update
Real Green Light ( Mass Arrests ) has not been issued yet. When that happens,
action will be taken within 24 hours timeframe. This action will be very

First,
the financial reset will not make everybody a sudden millionaire. Total real
value of all collateral accounts is between 500 and 1000 trillion $. This means
about $100,000 per person. Enough for everyone to have proper housing, food and
a fairly comfortable lifestyle, but not enough to spend the rest of your days sipping cocktails by the pool.
Second, release of new technologies must happen along with the financial reset.

Planetary Situation Update: The New Financial System
There
is a lot of confusion about the collateral accounts, even among people working
behind the scenes. Let us clear that confusion.
Collateral
accounts were a creation of the Cabal after WW1 when they persuaded many
nations to give up their gold into their custody with an excuse that a
gold-backed financial system with strong independent national banks creates
geopolitical instability and can lead into wars like WW1. Bank of International
Settlements (BIS) was created for that reason in 1930.
After the creation of BIS,
the Cabal went to China and persuaded the Chinese (sometimes gently and
sometimes not so gently) to give up their gold in exchange for phony bonds.The
Cabal never had any intention to repay these bonds back. The next phase of their
operations was to steal the rest of the Eastern gold through the operation
Golden Lily and then bury their lot in Philippines (Yamashita gold) and in Indonesia.
This
gold was used to underwrite the western financial system under Bretton Woods
agreement. The Cabal controlled the apparently fiat financial system which was
visible and hid the shadow banking system which was created by putting large
sums of money into central banking trading programs, using the hidden gold to
back up their investment. Those programs soon generated astronomical sums of
virtual money which could not be taken out of the banks as it was part of the
shadow banking system (for example White Spiritual Boy account with all its
virtual quadrillions of dollars) and only very small part of it was taken out through
money laundering operations. Nobody who was not tied to Cabal was ever allowed
close to those prosperity programs and even a small fraction of the programs
that tried to include non-Cabal oriented people were soon seized or shot down
by the Cabal.
The
Cabal was steadily using the gold they have stolen to finance the construction
of their underground military bases and their secret space program between 1953
and 2004.
In
February 2012, the Resistance Movement removed all that gold from the hands of
the Cabal. This is the reason Fulford can not find real proof of any current gold
vaults anywhere in Asia. That removal of gold was a brilliant move. From then
on we are having a real fiat financial system on the surface on the planet.
That kind of financial system is very unstable and the Cabal has to be very
careful with their financial machinations. For the first time in human history
the financial system in not underwritten by gold. This creates a dynamic tension which speeds up the Event
because such financial system can not exist for a very long time and would
eventually collapse on its own due to lack of trust and lack of real foundation
and that would be the last possible moment for the Event.
Now
the Cabal tries to underwrite their unstable financial system with worldwide
real estate grab and this is the reason for so many foreclosures of homes.
There
is a lot of misunderstanding about the bonds the Cabal was issuing since the
1930s. These bonds can be never repaid back since the Cabal does not have the
gold they stole throughout the ages from humanity anymore. They are also very
short on liquid cash and that little they have is far from enough to repay even
a small fraction of those bonds.
The
purpose of these bonds is not to extract value from the Cabal but to use them
as a tool to enforce the bankruptcy of their corrupt financial system when the
time is right.
Historical
owners of all that gold and bonds that represent it are not the Chinese, nor
Keenan, nor White Dragons Society, nor anybody appointed M1 (monetary controller). The institute of M1 is a creation of the
Cabal. The owner and true heir is humanity as a whole and after the Event the
collateral accounts will be transferred to humanity in total.
After
the Event the Resistance will return the gold to humanity and it will be stored
on the surface of the planet to underwrite the new financial system. Therefore that
gold will not be traded in open market, whereas gold in private ownership will
be traded and exchanged freely.
This
structuring of the new financial system is one part of a secret agreement which
was made between 57 members of the Eastern Alliance in the Monaco Accords meeting
in August 2011.
No
new M1 will be appointed. No member of the Cabal will be allowed anywhere close
to the collateral accounts, let alone the new Jesuit pope, and most of those
people will be arrested anyway.
Various
groups that are working to liberate the financial system from the hands of the
Cabal (White Dragons, Keenan, OPPT) will have advisory role and a council of
government officials democratically elected after the Event will be the trustees of the collateral accounts.
The whole system will be completely transparent and this transparency will be
supervised by the Resistance Movement.
Currency
Revaluation (Iraqi Dinar, Vietnamese Vong) will have a minor role in the reset
of the financial system as this is a transition into a true gold backed system
under the supervision of the Light forces and NOT a speculative revaluation of
currencies.
This
new financial system will be only a temporary solution as true cashless society
will be created on the surface of this planet after the First Contact, backed
up by advanced spiritual technologies of the Galactic Confederation. This
cashless society will recognize true value of incarnated human souls and will
provide them with physical and spiritual abundance.
Many
people are wondering why the Event does not happen already. It is because all
etheric negative entities must be removed before that in order for the key members
of the Event operation teams on the surface of the planet to work harmoniously.
It is true that statistical mean value for the expected number of casualties at
the time of the Event is around 100,000 people. But if anything goes wrong
among the key people of the surface population coordinating the Event operations,
it could be much higher and easily reach
tens of millions of people and that is something the Light forces are not
willing to risk. We have seen so many instances when so-called light workers or
light warriors manifested intolerable behavior because they were under the
influence of the etheric Archons. You might remember the French
Revolution. It started so well and you know how it ended.
The
Event will happen when it will happen. Until it happens, let us do everything
that is within our power to make it happen as soon as possible in a harmonious

Although
the Resistance can now reset the financial system with a push of a button, its
control of internet is not sufficient enough to guarantee a smooth running of the
industrial control systems infrastructure in the first few critical hours after
the Event. The Resistance is now dealing with this problem and it will be

other problem is that most rich people got rich by their involvement with the

This is what’s happening on the physical plane. There will also be
arrests of the Cabal. The law enforcement agencies around the planet

Nothing will be hidden.

Our
Silver Trigger activation has reached about 80% of the critical mass.
Although we have not reached our goal, our achievement was
significant, as it will still ease the planetary path towards the

The
Fed has intervened on Sunday evening, by patching the financial system
with a bailout, effectively preventing a massive bank run on Monday:
The crisis is not over yet, as First Republic bank is on the verge of collapse:
If
this bank collapses, perhaps more drastic intervention from the Fed
will be required. Certain sources are claiming that the contagion will
not spread beyond commercial banks in the US that are already in
trouble. Other sources are pointing out that Credit Suisse is in trouble
as well:
If
the crisis is not contained fast, the JP Morgan faction will try to use
it to swallow up more banks, suppress their connection with the Epstein
scandal and steer the government to impose strict capital flow controls
and then implement CBDCs as the final solution to the crisis. So those
who are now wishing for the financial system collapse a la JP Morgan do
not know what they are asking for:
The
Light Forces do NOT want a hard crash of the system, they want a
gradual and balanced meltdown of the system combined with the
increased awareness which would lead into the positive financial
Reset.

Light Forces are asking those who feel so guided to continue doing this

artificially maintain the old financial system, but to bring Light into
it to ensure that when the meltdown occurs, it will be done in the most
possible positive way and that it will NOT be misused by the dark forces
to implement CBDCs. The crash of the old system WILL occur, and when it
does, it has to be done in the best way possible.

1. Use your own technique to bring you to a relaxed state of consciousness.
2. State your intent to use this meditation as a tool to bring the Light to the global financial system and to stabilize it.
3. Visualize a pillar of brilliant white Light emanating from the
Cosmic Central Sun, then being distributed to Central Suns of all
galaxies in this universe. Then visualize this light entering through
the Galactic Central Sun, then going through our Galaxy, then entering
our Solar System and going through all beings of Light inside our Solar
System and then through all beings on planet Earth and also through your
body to the center of the Earth.
4. Visualize the St Germain's violet flame purifying all people and
institutions involved in the current financial system, especially JP
Morgan, the Federal Reserve, commercial banks currently in trouble, and
all human masses, the violet flame calming their fears. Visualize the
meltdown of the old system and implementation of the positive new
financial system being done in the best possible way.
5. Visualize a brilliant white Light shining on everyone, every
financial institution and all situations in the current financial
system.

The
Light forces have communicated that the process of the Event may be
much more chaotic than originally expected. The Event itself will
include the mass arrests of more than 400,000 Cabal members,
financial Reset and release of intel about the existence of the
surface Cabal, secret space programs and benevolent extraterrestrial
races. This whole process will take about a week or two, during which
time the water, food, electricity and internet distribution channels
need to remain largely intact. One part of surface human population
will not take the Event process well and there will be a lot of

this reason, intel about the coming polar shift will be released to
the surface population gradually only after the initial one or two

the Event, the Pleiadians will start creating Islands of Light on the
