Opening — Context & Current Situation
More than half of those present had attended the Sydney Ascension Conference the previous week. The energy state of the Brisbane workshop is different from Sydney — new developments in the surface situation have occurred over the past week.
2026 is a critical year in the planetary liberation process. The Ascension Portal was opened last August, effectively bringing Earth's ascension process back on track after the Archon invasion of 1996 forcibly extended dark rule for 30 years. We are now reversing the anomalies and distortions of those 30 years.
Since last year, the Light Forces have been repairing damage caused by the dark forces from 1996 to before 2025 — healing humanity's emotional and mental bodies at the atomic structural level, and clearing the surface Lurker. The Lurker has occupied the surface world for one million years — it is not possible to clear it overnight.
An additional challenge: surface humanity has developed a collective Stockholm syndrome from living in the Earth prison for so long — becoming accustomed to oppressive systems and even actively resisting change. The Galactic Confederation is using healing technologies to address this.
The Galactic Confederation is attempting to contact the most awakened Lightworkers through telepathic communication. "Most awakened" refers to those who actively manifest their personal Golden Timeline and frequently connect with their Higher Self / I AM Presence. When enough people do these two things consistently and reach critical mass, it will trigger a quantum-level shift and lay the foundation for First Contact. These individuals will begin to receive dreams and telepathic guidance from the Galactic Federation as their emotional and mental bodies become ready.

Private First Contact Dish — Updated Rules
A new rule has been added to the Private First Contact Dish plan. If anyone has publicly disclosed the coordinates of a Private First Contact Dish online or elsewhere, their efforts are considered null and void. Those individuals will be disqualified and unable to participate in private first contact. The plan must take place with the element of surprise — the dark forces must not know the locations of these areas. Since the dark forces have various means of monitoring the population, coordinates of contact areas must never be revealed.
The current rules of engagement: surface humanity first engages in inner communication with extraterrestrial races (such as the Pleiadians), then gives inner consent to meet them at a Private First Contact Dish. The right to use a dish depends on the consent of the legal landowner — only with the landowner's full awareness and approval does the area comply with Galactic Law.
Individual first contact will occur shortly before the Event. The key lies in maintaining secrecy and in having simultaneous contact events across different regions. When dark forces are unable to predict the time and location, they cannot stop people around the world from connecting with ET races simultaneously. If they attempt to suppress it by force, it will draw public attention. After private first contact, those humans who have interacted with ET races will appear in mainstream media — they may demonstrate advanced technologies or special items received, including devices that can be understood and validated by modern scientists.
Pleiadian & Sirian Activity — Activation of the Queensland Base
The Pleiadians and Sirians have become very active in 2026. A new phase of expansion is beginning for their bases on the surface world.
The Sirians have a huge underwater complex base off the east coast of Australia, built beneath the ocean floor, extending from the southern end of Brisbane all the way north to Cairns. This base was officially activated on the day of the Brisbane workshop, March 14, 2026.
The Sirians will use this base to:
- Heal humanity's emotional body, mental body, and part of the physical body
- Transform the subconscious of surface Lightworkers to prepare them for inner communication
- Make contact with wild dolphins in Australia — dolphins are said to originate from the Sirian star system; this interaction will intensify next month
- Regulate the planetary light grid and communicate with surface humans who are mentally prepared
The Pleiadians maintain an underwater base near Bora Bora. Both the Queensland Sirian base and the Bora Bora Pleiadian base will assist in anchoring the energies of the Keys of New Heaven and New Earth at Bora Bora.
We have entered a new cycle this year. The New Earth will be created within this cycle.
The Key of New Heaven & The Key of New Earth
Key of New Heaven — transmitted by the Absolute / The Source into this universe during the total solar eclipse on August 11, 1999. Human consciousness at that time was sufficient to anchor this multidimensional key. Since then, this living, intelligent code has been transforming and clearing all darkness within this universe — with Earth as the focal point. It comes directly from the Source and operates across all dimensions simultaneously, transforming darkness from both the previous and current cosmic cycles. Its power is sufficient to eliminate all darkness in the universe and will continue to grow stronger over time.
Key of New Earth — received by the Light Forces on August 23 last year, also directly from the Source. Its purpose is to anchor a new reality on Earth — specifically to restore Heaven on Earth, a blissful state that existed before the dark forces arrived on the surface.
The Key of New Heaven entered a new phase after the 12:21 Ascension Portal activation meditation last August. The Ascension Portal has been amplifying the power of this key. The two keys work together, complementing each other. As darkness on the surface diminishes, their energies become increasingly obvious. The power of both keys will grow exponentially in 2026.
Pacific Region — Main Stage of Transformation
The Pacific region will be the main stage for the transformation of the surface world into the New Earth in 2026. All countries and regions bordering the Pacific are key areas of transformation this year, including: Japan, Taiwan, and the Philippines in Asia; New Zealand, Australia, Fiji, and Guam in Oceania; the west coast of the United States; Caribbean nations in Central America; the west coast of South America; and Antarctica.
The core area of this Pacific stage is Bora Bora. The deeper meaning of the Key of New Earth is to restore the Lemurian paradise — Lemuria was a continent that once existed in the Pacific region. Sydney was at the edge of the Lemurian continent; Brisbane is also quite close. The Light Forces plan to establish the first Light Island communities on islands along the coastal region from offshore Brisbane to Cairns. Some islands in the Great Barrier Reef will also be used to build these Light Islands.
Emerald & Opal Grid Expansion — Priority Regions
The next focus is extending the emerald grid to all countries and regions bordering the Pacific:
- Bora Bora, Tahiti, French Polynesia
- Australia, New Zealand, Fiji
- Taiwan, Japan
- Washington State and Alaska (USA)
- Colombia, Chile, Peru (Central and South America)
- Antarctica
Emerald = symbol of New Earth. Opal = symbol of New Heaven. Both opal and emerald grids will be established in these regions to anchor New Heaven and New Earth energies. When sufficiently strong New Heaven and New Earth energy is present on the surface, the dark forces will no longer be able to delay the Event — because darkness itself will no longer be able to exist.
Formation & Energetic Properties of Opal
In the past, the details of opal were not released because there was still too much darkness in the world. The surface world needed to meet certain conditions first. Now, people on the surface can make greater use of this stone that carries the energy of New Heaven.
Opals on the surface world originate from a previous wave of solar flares. When a galactic superwave triggers solar flare eruptions, the Sun releases massive amounts of plasma particles. When these charged particles penetrate Earth's magnetic field and reach the surface, they create what is known as a Ground Level Event. Powerful plasma vortices strike the ground like lightning, forming the mineral veins where opals develop.
Solar flares are driven by activity from the Galactic Central Sun. There is a quantum entanglement between the energy and information from the galactic center and opals on Earth. When solar flares strike opals again, these opals carry the energy codes from the previous galactic cycle — codes of past and future solar flares that can be used to activate New Heaven. These energies also symbolize a new cosmic cycle and the birth of a new universe. Opals from Lightning Ridge in Australia possess the strongest energetic properties.

Golden Timeline — Progress & Manifestation
After the Ascension Portal opened last August, the dark forces realized for the first time that the planetary situation had undergone a drastic transformation — their technology detected shifts that had never occurred before. They realized they had to obstruct Earth's Golden Timeline to survive. They successfully interfered during September and October of last year. In 2026, the Light Forces have begun to gain the upper hand and are consolidating the optimal timeline. Further progress was achieved in February 2026.
The dark forces attempted to disrupt the Golden Timeline by instigating the U.S.–Iran conflict. They cannot succeed — at most they can cause minor interference. As long as the conflict loses heat in the mass media, the dark forces will run out of options.
Manifestation of Earth's Golden Timeline began during the Sydney Ascension Conference and continues until July 9, 2026. The four months from March until July 9 will be quite eventful with many developments in the global situation. After July 9, a new period begins.

A: When a child is born, personality and soul are integrated. Under severe torture, cracks appear in the connection between the personality and the soul. A: You don't need to live there. The most important factor is being the legal owner of the land.
