Cobra had linked to a news article referencing "Neptune like planet" in relation to Planet X.

Its important to mention they're using that connection due to similar appearance not size even though some news articles say it is as large as Neptune-we're still in early phases of its disclosure process so not all data is exact yet that is being released to the piblic:

"Planet X has a rocky core, a mantle of water ice and thin surface layer of frozen methane. If a space probe would visit Planet X from a distance, it would find a silvery bluish surface with large sections of smooth terrain"

Cobra mentions Planet X mass is less than Earths-"Mass: 0.76 Earth masses"
