Short Situation Update
The energy is slowly building for the total Solar eclipse on April 8th, which will be one of the key moments of opportunity to strengthen the positive timeline for the United States to enter the Age of Aquarius.

Event Situation Update
Now a certain amount of anomaly has been removed from the surface of the planet, and activation of divine masculine energies can finally begin. This will be greatly supported by incoming Aldebaran space teams.
One focus of this divine masculine activation is the activation of Dragon leylines. Those Dragon leylines mostly follow main mountain ranges on the planet, and a network of Tachyon chambers, a network of Cintamani stones and a network of Galactic Cintamani stones is to be activated there. Galactic Cintamani stones will also be activated along the old Atlantean equator. The purpose of those Galactic Cintamanis will be to heal subquantum anomaly and bring in the energy of the goddess Iona.
All this is a part of the New Atlantis project which was initiated by Saint Germain years ago.
Mjolnir technology is now at about 7% capacity, and its intensity will greatly increase in the coming months. One aspect of this Mjolnir boost will be activation of various tektites, among them Cintamanis, Galactic Cintamanis, Moldavites and Tibetan tektites.
There is a great deal of misinformation present in the scientific community about the origin of tektites, assuming their terrestrial origins, with some of those beautiful cosmic stones being degraded even further to pseudotektites.

There are also ultra super rare Tibetan tektites that are found on Tibetan side of Himalayan mountain range that will have a very special function in the coming years which needs to remain classified. Vast majority of tektites that are publicly sold as “Tibetan tektites” are in reality coming from Vietnam. Genuine Tibetan tektites are very hard to find.

Situation Update

Starting from September, this future doorway is already sending time-reverse loops through Minkowski spacetime, and this is why the events and situations started to accelerate.
First, the dark forces crossed a certain red line and as a response to this, the Resistance has started taking action. What they are doing must unfortunately remain classified for now, but hopefully I will be able to reveal it soon.
Let me just say that the dark forces with their collective actions violated a critical mass of Galactic Codex principles, and legally the Light forces have the green light to intervene on the surface of the planet, regardless of local laws which surface humanity is not respecting anyway.
First step of this surface intervention process was the removal of all those Light force individuals with too much war trauma or fear to meaningfully contribute to liberation process. Time of endless Galactic council discussions Is over. All those wounded and fearful beings were taken to locations outside this solar system where they will receive much needed healing and later they might join the liberation forces again if they will be capable or willing to do so. About 80% of all star races members were taken out of the solar system, together with about 40% of the Resistance, but the remaining beings are with much less fear and are willing to take action.
Saint Germain was given command to all underground and surface operations, and all Light forces not limited but including the Resistance and Pleiadian, Sirian, Andromedan, Arcturian and Central race fleets are now under his command regarding planetary operations. Ashtar was given command to all nearspace and space operations.
Saint Germain has given command to the Light Forces to immediately start taking action, and on October 5th the Resistance has cleared the vast majority of child abuse locations in the cellars under Black nobility castles, rescuing many children.
Black nobility has seen this as an act of intrusion on their private property and for the first time in their existence they became afraid for their own lives.
As a response, Pallavicini family has given orders to activate Doom33, or whatever is still remaining left of it, since Doom33 was greatly reduced in power in the last decade through actions of the Resistance:

in the back of my mind. You know of the Ascended Masters like Saint Germain, etc.
Yes. How would you describe the difference between them and these very High ET’s or
Galactic Beings that are going to be coming forth?
C: Yes. The Ascended Masters have gone through what you would term Ascension.
Ascension means complete liberation. It means complete enlightenment. The Ascended
Masters are Beings who have gone beyond any attachment to the physical plane, to the
emotions to the mind. They are beyond that. Therefore, I would say their
consciousness is not subjected to the laws of entropy any longer. They are beyond
all conflict. The positive ET races have not gotten to that point yet. They are
close but they are not there yet. They
have completely harmonized their intent with the Will of The One. I would say they
are pure love and light. But they still have their physical bodies. They still
have their emotions. They still have their minds. They still incarnate on the
physical plane. They don’t perceive it as an illusion. They are still to a certain
extent subjected to the laws of gravity.

It appears that you have been traveling
a great deal. You have recently returned from Zurich Switzerland. How did that
whole conference go?
Cobra – At the beginning of the conference there was quite a bit of opposition from
the Astral plane. We made a big breakthrough. We managed to activate the Zurich
Vortex. we have been working with our Ascended Master St. Germain with the
transformation of the financial system in Zurich. We are working with some of the
major banks there, like UBS bank and some other banks. As you can see that work has
positive consequences and has sped up the process significantly also for other parts
of the financial system. Apart from that we have been very successful in anchoring
the Goddess presence and the Goddess energy which is very important to keep the
balance on the planet so things don’t go out of control.

actually in at that time. It was not Austria/Hungarian. It was the Austrian empire –
Hapsburg Empire.. That banking account was in that region and yes, part of that gold
does originate from Marco Polo and from other, I would say, white nobility families
from Florence and from other cities in North Italy. As you know, the Count St. Germaine got banished many times and he has visited other locations in Italy many
times. He was actually educated by a Medici family. This is just a little bit for
people to think about. There are deep connections between white nobility families
in Italy and Count St. Germaine and he received part of the wealth from them to put
it into the bank account. And, yes, that bank account was in the region of the
Austria/Hapsburg empire.

COBRA – There are various techniques, I will not go into details here. But
generally you can cleanse them with the violet flame of St. Germain.

C : There are many aspects to this, one of them is that he was very well versed in
principles of manifestation, and with his understanding he was following those
principles, and anybody who has the same understanding of those principles of
manifestation can acquire wealth in the same manner, and number two he was quite
versed in alchemy, he was using his understanding of alchemy and principles of
manifestation to manifest his wealth.
P : So he didn’t get a job, he just manifested his wealth ?
C : He did not get a job. He was just following his understanding of manifestation
process and by doing that he managed to acquire his wealth.

and some other movements to secede from the US are supported by the Cabal because
they want to weaken that region and actually want to trigger that civil war in that

Aaron – So they are trying to divide and conquer basically, right?
COBRA – Yes. I would say the basis of the United States was laid in 1776 by certain
beings that were quite connected with the light and guided by the being called St.
Germain. They have laid a foundation which is very solid. If this foundation stays
of course the United States will be one of the triggers for The Event. This is why
there are forces now trying to undermine this very intensely.

single human can liberate Planet Earth by connecting with his full I AM presence,
why St. Germain did not liberate our planet by summoning his I AM presence 200 years

C : Basically he was not aware of the planetary situation enough, but even though he
was not aware of this enough, he had a huge impact on the western civilization which
is still being felt and will be felt. So to have a complete success in that mission
you need to be aware of many facts that he was not aware of at that time. And also
the situation was not ready.

COBRA – Actually he was chosen by the Ascended Master St. Germain to release one
part of the teachings of the Ascended Masters at that time. He actually contributed
a lot in raising the consciousness at that time, understanding of the Ascended
Masters and understanding of that situation.
Aaron – He goes on to say; In these books they often traveled to different temples.
There was a large temple grid around the earth. How does that grid help stabilize
the energy of the earth?
COBRA – Actually this grid is part of the Agartha network. This of course helps
stabilize the planet a lot and without that grid basically, the surface of the
planet would not be inhabitable right now.

C: Okay. You don’t need to be aware of those facts to connect with your I AM
presence. But if you are aware of those facts and at the same time connected with
your I AM presence, your I AM presence will begin transforming those facts. And
that’s how you can be more efficient in the planetary liberation.
EM: What do you mean by FULL connection with the I AM presence? Could you give us an
example of how this full connection will manifest, if a person is to be aware of
many facts that St. Germain was not aware of at that time?
C: That full connection can manifest in different ways. It depends on the individual
because your I AM presence will always give you guidance about how it will manifest
so this is a very individual situation – it’s not the same for everybody.

positive influence of certain Rosicrucian groups behind the scenes and certain
positive white nobility families. They wanted to do exactly that – to end the
bloodline rule. This was their aim – and this was not as successful as they had

founded by the Count of Saint-Germain, Saint-Germain in French at that time and why

Cobra : This is a part of a big project that was initiated by Count of Saint Germain
already in the 17th century called the New Atlantis. And it was planned for a
certain group of souls to incarnate in France and especially in Paris since the
beginning of 18th century and those souls encountered each other and activated Light
codes. And Saint Germain contacted some of those people especially in Paris. And
most of those people were part of Masonic Lodges, positive Free Masonic Lodges. And
in 1775, there was a big flash of energy coming from the galactic center, activating
certain energy vortices in the planetary energy grid. And some of those… There were
certain activations happening throughout 1775, most notably on March 21st 1775. And
through those initiations a lot of Light was grounded and this was one of the
projects, sub-projects of the New Atlantis project, that was created by Count of St.
Germain.

Cobra : Yes, St. Germain is a man and he was incarnated in a male body because it
was easier for him to do the work. He had more liberty of movement, more liberty of
action. But I would say many of [the] people that he initiated were women. Some of
the leaders of Masonic Lodges that he was involved with were women and many people
in his inner circle, his inner mystery school, were also women. And now as there is
this impulse to reactivate Paris vortex, the Resistance Movement priestesses have
come to the surface in Paris near Notre Dame in 2018 and activated the vortex,
started vortex reactivation again, in between November 8th and 11th, 2018.

So the third part of this point on history would be
about the Renaissance and the Dragon families. We’re very curious about this, the
White Nobility in particular. And you said that the Dragon society initiated the
Renaissance in the 16th century and that the year 1504 had been important, we can

example an Asian cabinet. There’s a rumor that at the time of the priestess Marie
Antoinette, there was a Chinese pavilion. So were the Dragons in contact with some

Cobra : Okay. yeah, this is quite a complex subject. Dragon families initiated
Renaissance already in the 15th century. There were some voyages from China with
ships. Certain Chinese emissaries came into Florence especially brought documents,
brought knowledge, brought understanding. And this was actually the force behind the
impulse of the Renaissance in the 15th and 16th centuries in Italy. And after that I
would say, especially in the 17th and early 18th centuries, Jesuits traveled to
China and exerted a lot of influence on the Chinese court. And also brought many of
the ideas from China to Europe. But this has also triggered the positive response
because some of the ideas from China took place and were growing especially in Paris
in the 18th century, there was a strong movement and strong fascination with the
Chinese culture. And Marie Antoinette was very fond of Chinese porcelain. And also
before her Madame the Pompadour was very fond of Chinese porcelain. And there were
many Asian cabinets in the courts of Europe in the 18th century. And there were also
occult Lodges that were connected with Dragon families, for example, the Asiatic
brothers, which were active in Germany in the late 18th century. They had some
connection with the Dragon families. Goddess Dou Mou was not the main influence at
that time in Europe, but there was a lot of influence from the Blue Dragons,
especially, and Saint Germain had a connection with China, a strong connection with
China already at that time. And he was well aware of the Taoist teachings and the

Cobra : There was a limited amount of mysteries present, especially through Saint

Cobra : Yes, it is actually a strong, energetic connection, which was already

Ming dynasty in the 17th century and had to go undercover partially in the 18th
century, but was still very active and send some emissaries to Paris and some of the
German courts in the 18th century and was connected to Saint Germain also to a
certain degree.

United States important in freeing the planet?
Cobra: Yes, actually St. Germain has been very active more than 200 years ago in the
United States to set a foundation for the New Atlantis, for new society. He was
involved in the creation of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence,
and that is a very solid foundation. If used properly, it could already bring the
new society. But again, people are imperfect, so that's why it takes time. But the
foundation is very solid, it is still there, and it has a huge potential in the
coming years when things change.
Debra: And St. Germain also has connections to France, because you mentioned that
the United States and France are really central to planetary liberation. Is this why
France is also important?Cobra: Yes, Saint Germain was active in France and also serving other people,
certain other groups, which are quite important. Paris in France is a very important
trigger point which might accelerate things when the time is right.
