Our Event Meditation was a huge success and we were very close to reaching the critical mass. Rob - Corey and Cobra. Despite the fact that certain aspects of your information
does not match up with each other, do you both generally agree on the bigger issues
such as; full disclosure, freedom for the people, release of hidden technology, an
end to war and environmental destruction. Corey.
Corey Goode - Yea, I think that’s something pretty much anyone can get behind. We’ve all
seen the signs of all of these topics not being conspiracies, they’re real. We've
seen the different political movements. Everyone is tired of the lies. They’re ready. (Cobra?)
COBRA - Yes. Of course I agree with this and I have been fighting with this my whole
life and of course I would agree and I would support anybody who would be fighting
along the same lines.
Rob - Is there any reason that both of your respective audiences should not
cooperate with each other towards full disclosure and planetary liberation? Cobra?
COBRA - I do not see any reason for that. (Corey?)
Corey - That’s one of the main things that we’re trying to doing the full disclosure
project is obtain unity in the community. There are so many different ideologies
that we can argue about. The one thing that we can all agree on is that we want
full disclosure. We want to know the truth. If we put blinders on to all the
things we disagree about and focus on what we agree, we can get a lot accomplished.
Rob - Wonderful. That’s what the world’s been wanting to hear. Corey do you know
what the Event is as Cobra has described it. (No) Cobra would you like to give him
a brief synopsis?
COBRA - Yes, of course. The event is the moment of the compression breakthrough.
The compression breakthrough is when the light forces from above the surface of the
planet and from below the surface of the planet meet in the middle that is on the
surface of the planet. I hope that we all agree that there are certain factions
that support the light and support the liberation that exists inside of the solar
system. There are some factions that support the light and the liberation of the
planet that are existing below the surface. They’re progressing towards the surface
of the planet because the surface of the planet is the main battleground is the main
focus of all this situation that is not just limited to the planet Earth. When this
breakthrough happens, this is what we term the Event. The Event is actually many
things at the same moment. It is when the light forces take over the mass media and
release intel about ET involvement, about the crimes of the Cabal, about the
advanced technologies, so FULL disclosure. This is part of it. The other part of
it is the mass arrest of the Cabal. The other part of it is Financial re-set that
the Eastern alliance has been preparing for quite a long time. And of course we
have been gradually going towards the first contact which is an actual official
contact between the earth civilization and other positive ET races that exist
throughout the galaxy. And the Event is a trigger point which begins that process.
That’s the short overview of what the Event is. And of course we have the pulse
from the galactic central sun. The galactic central sun is a living entity and it
times the pulse of energy according to our global awareness and the level of that
awareness and the level of the awakening. And when we have this compression
breakthrough the level of awakening is high enough for humanity to receive that
pulse of increased energy from the galactic center.

According to sources, the Nuremberg style trials that are approaching will include a public trial of many Cabal members for crimes against humanity which will result in somewhere between 500 and 5000 death sentences. Cabal criminals will be publicly executed mainly in the USA, China, Japan and a fourth country which must not be named. Those criminals will then be gathered on the etheric plane by the Light Forces, will undergo another trial by the Galactic Court at the Ganymede sorting facility and then be processed in the GalacticCentral Sun.
Many lesser Cabal criminals will be arrested, then rapidly tried by military courts, then transported off planet by the Resistance and sorted through the Ganymede sorting center. Those among them unable or unwilling to correct their crimes will be taken to the Central Sun for restructuring and the rest will be taken to correctional facilities across the Galaxy where they will be able to “work out their karmas”.
About 500,000 Cabal middlemen who were promoting the negative agenda such as corrupt city mayors, lawyers, politicians, bankers, hospital managers, doctors, journalists and even some who were posing as “light workers”, will be arrested at the time of the Event and will serve their term. It is interesting to know that a few past members of my team who betrayed the Light will be among those arrested.
After all this is done, the Light Forces will address so-called injustice nodes and many more people among the surface population who have seriously wronged others will serve their term with house arrest, community work or financial fines.
Here it is important to understand that many past injustices will be settled and healed through truth and reconciliation commissions, through mediation and through forgiveness.
Many people who were incarcerated across the planet for minor offenses such as marijuana possession or petty theft will be released from jail immediately after the Event.
All this will bring much needed closure, so a dark and unjust chapter of human history will close and a new, better one will open.
Next month, a process of partial Disclosure may begin through signs of life detected on Mars through Perseverance NASA rover and through Pentagon UFO files.

China has announced recently that they’re building a big radio telescope and
they’re saying that it’s to look for ET life, what’s behind this ?
C : They would like to push towards Disclosure, there are dragon forces inside China
that would like to have full Disclosure as soon as possible.

option. The plan of the light forces has not changed. The only option is full and
complete disclosure and the light forces will continue pressing with their plans
until that happens. There might be factions of the Cabal or some other interest
groups that would like to push for partial disclosure or spin it or twist it, but
this is simply not acceptable, and it will not happen.

“It is obvious that the Data Dumps have begun. We will not get the full data dump as

member groups of the Earth Alliance next. Both sides will attempt to discredit the

this true Cobra?
COBRA – This is true now to a certain degree but will not be true after The Event.
The Event actually means full disclosure without any compromise or any hidden
agendas.
Aaron – Are we going to get a partial disclosure?
COBRA – We are NOT going to get a partial disclosure. We are going to get a full
disclosure. That’s not an option It is not a subject of discussion. I will repeat
again; we will get full disclosure.

COBRA – On a deeper level there is a lot of, I would say, games being played about
disclosure of Navy Secret Space Programs and certain forces, I would say negative
forces are trying to warm the Navy not to disclose too much because there is a very
strong positive faction within the United States Navy that wants to release, that is
actually in favor of Full Disclosure. They want to release everything. But there are
other factions that are strongly against this. There is now quite strong infighting
going on about this issue.
Aaron – Do you know who set this up?
COBRA – It was engineered by the orders of people very close to the Chimera group
and the trail leads to the United States Air Force.
Aaron – Why did they set it up?
COBRA – As I said it’s a warning to the Navy not to disclose too much about the
Secret Space Program.
Aaron – And obviously that’s What are they trying to accomplish?
COBRA – Yes.

What impact would this have for the beings
on Earth whether pre-Event or pre-Full Disclosure, whether it be human beings or
animals, plants or the Earth itself? Cobra?
Cobra – Okay, each meditation that reaches a critical mass has enormous impact on the state of affairs, on this planet. It influences the human
kingdom. It influences the animal kingdom, the vegetable kingdom, the mineral
kingdom. It influences the whole planetary sphere. And it can accelerate the process
towards Full Disclosure or towards The Event.
And it can accelerate our liberation. It can make the process easier and more
harmonious, less violent. And there have been scientific studies made that
synchronized meditation does reduce crime rates significantly – more than any other
technique that has been attempted. So this is something that does for sure reduce
the amount of violence on this planet, and this is something that worth striving
towards. It is something that is worth putting our energy into, much more than into
some other things that people are doing.

Would
you say that this mass meditation in affecting reality has the ability to override
another person’s free will?
Cobra – It does not override the person’s free will. It just presents an
alternative. So if enough people can now only choose between the Cabal and the
Cabal, suddenly they will be presented with another choice. They will be presented
with a choice of Disclosure, First Contact, new reality, new financial system,
better life conditions, and, of course, most people will choose that better reality
with their own free will. And the rest of them will have to adapt to that new
reality. It will not be infringing on their free will, but it will be simply part of
the cosmic process of cosmic restructuring where reality needs to change, it needs
to adapt to a new frequency. We need to evolve as a planet, as a species, as a Solar
System, as a galaxy.
Can you explain the mechanics or the
scientific process behind how this is involved? Cobra?
Cobra – Basically, this is the process of manifestation. The process of
manifestation has three main steps. The first one is your decision. The second one
is invocation. And the third one is physical action. And meditation is actually the
second step. So the first step is you decide. You use your free will to make a
choice about what you wish to manifest. Then you use meditation to magnetically draw
that choice, that decision into reality. And number three, then you act on that
magnetic choice. So we all have made a choice. We have made a choice for Full
Disclosure, for First Contact, for Liberation, for the Event. Now, we are meditating
to magnetically draw that choice to the physical plane and then we’ll act upon it.
Because this meditation will trigger a change. It will trigger physical shifts on
the planet. It will trigger things that will be undeniable. And then, of course,
we’ll be more free to act physically to support that process.

Basically, what we need to understand is that we all have common ground.
Everybody that is of the Light and is working for the Light has common ground. And
the common ground is we all want this world to be a better place. We all want to be
happy. We all want other people to be happy. We all want Disclosure, Full
Disclosure. We want First Contact. We want Liberation. We want the Event.
This is what we all want. This is our common ground. And everything else, all those
little things are not so important. And we can connect on that basic common ground.
This is what we can do. But we need to be aware that there are forces, non-physical
forces, and physical forces, that are trying to divide us. And they do so by
pressuring with their technology with their energies on our weaknesses, suppressed
emotions, suppressed . . . everything that has not been transmuted in us.
And they have a very sophisticated network that includes advanced technology that
can make other people appear to be what they are not. So if you are cooperating
with somebody who seems to have strange energy, it might not be that they have a
strange energy. It might be there is an energy field around them that was created
with advanced scalar technology to create division between these two. And the
Archons are using that technology especially when there are small groups or
individuals that are very powerful working for the Light, and this is when they
attack the most.... when there is the greatest potential for unity, that’s where
they attack the most to create divisions, because they know, if we really manage to
unite, it’s game over. The game is finished. It’s our victory.

I would say that the Pleiadians will not do that and the Confederation will not do
that. They will not address humanity through the Vatican. The Vatican of course will
need or will go along with that full disclosure process because it will have to but
I would say that the positive extraterrestrial races are contacting anybody they can
in any ways they can because they would like to see this planet free so people in
all walks of life everywhere are being contacted telepathically, energetically, and
they will be contacted physically as well when the time comes.

On the issue of Full Disclosure or Partial Disclosure, what is the agenda of
China? Currently, have the arrests of Cabal members in Chinese region already begun?
COBRA: Certain faction want partial Disclosure, some Dragon groups want full
Disclosure. There were some minor arrests already.

And you stated that if we reach a critical mass of 144,000 people
joining the meditation, it will have far-reaching exopolitical and geopolitical
consequences. So can you elaborate on those consequences?
Cobra: Okay. First I will focus on the petition. If this petition reaches that
number of signatures, it will be considered by the Galactic forces that we have
represented a significant part of humanity that wishes to initiate contact. And by
the Galactic law, they are required to respond. So they will respond in a certain
way; how they will respond and how this will be communicated is not yet to be
revealed, but there will be a response. And that response might not be public at
first because that will not be safe, but there will be a certain process
initialized. And once that process is started it cannot be stopped anymore. It
cannot be reversed. So it will be something that will be put in motion. It will be
set in motion that it will keep on going.

Debra: Okay, and yeah, I would like to talk to you more about that petition in a
moment too. But getting back to the meditation, what exactly are we meditating for
with this meditation? You said certain people would be contacted by the Pleiadians.
So is this for individual contact for certain people or for planetary contact, like
a mass landing, and which would happen first?
Cobra: It's for both actually. After certain selected individuals will be contacted,
they will speak about their experience. A chain reaction will be triggered, which
will lead at some point to massive sightings of the Galactic fleet, massive
reporting of this in the media, all interwoven with the Event and with a full
disclosure process. These are all elements of the same process that are happening in
a certain particular sequence.
Debra: Okay. And do you have an idea of who those people are that would be
contacted? I know a lot of people are probably wondering who those people are and if
it might be them. I mean, is it anyone that makes these decrees would be either
physically or telepathically contacted if they are open to it, or are there specific
people that the Light Forces have selected?
Cobra: There is a certain protocol called the Contact Dish protocol,

which I have
published on my blog years ago, and people who are participating in that project
will be among the first to be contacted because they have private land, which is
from a legal standpoint, much easier for a small ship to land on a private land and
that physical contact can be made without interference. This will be the easiest to
manifest as soon as possible. As soon as it's safe, this will be done. Of course,
many people will have telepathic contact; there will be people having spiritual
experiences, visions, visitations in dreams. But now we're speaking more about real
physical contact with evidence. People will be able to take photos, people will be
able to record video. All this will be at some point distributed through the media.
Debra: Is it possible that this could happen before the Event?
Cobra: Yes, it's possible. The exact sequence is not yet to be disclosed at this
point for obvious reasons, for strategic reasons, because there are many beings that
are listening to this that are not really welcome to listen to this and have some
agendas that are not in alignment with the Divine plan. But I would say that people
will be contacted before the Event, in the final phase before the Event.
Debra: What about people that don't own land? Are they eliminated from any kinds of
physical contact?
Cobra: No, they will not be eliminated, but it's a little bit more difficult to
arrange something for them. It is possible to arrange something for them while they
are walking in nature and on public land, but it's not that easy. So that will
happen also, but it is easier to manifest physical contact for those who own land
just for practical and legal reasons. Everything needs to be done correctly to
minimize interference from the dark forces. That's the main reason. Safety is number
one priority. People that will be contacted need to remain safe.
Debra: Yes, of course. But I was thinking of that, what if a person was walking in
nature someplace and if that would maybe be an option?
Cobra: That is an option, yes. As soon as it will be safe and as soon as it will be
convenient, that will happen.
Debra: And what would make it safe?
Cobra: It means that the Cabal is losing enough power. It means a location where
that particular person will be walking will be easily accessible from the orbit. For
example, for the Pleiadian craft, it needs to be positioned that is not too close to
military bases. It needs to be a position which is in a favorable position, not to
be overly detected from the ground. There are many factors involved.
Debra: I see. Okay. So they might have to be pretty far out in nature privately.
Cobra: Yeah. This is different from case to case. There are many other factors
involved. I would say also the consciousness of the recipient is a major factor,
attachment of that person to other persons, the social network of that person. There
are many reasons, many, many different factors, which are determining who to be
contacted, when, and how.
Debra: What would you suggest on how we prepare ourselves for that possible contact?
Cobra: I would suggest people to read the Contact Dish protocol on my blog and
everything is written there.

consciousness of that person.
Cobra: I will not go further into this at this point.
Debra: Okay. The higher our vibration is, the more we work on ourselves and cleaningour energy fields, probably would help with all of that, I’m sure.
Cobra: Definitely, definitely. The Pleiadians have a priority list and they will
contact people who are the most conscious and who will be safe enough to go through
that contact without any interference from the dark. So there are two main factors
at this point.
